Meet the Proxi Team

Mark McGuire, President

Since 2007, Mark has been a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, bringing expertise in finance, business operations, and strategic growth. Before founding Proxi in 2022, he served as CFO for a physician staffing company, where he played a key role in guiding the organization from a startup to an established national provider, culminating in its acquisition in 2020.

With Proxi, Mark has turned his focus to the dental community, channeling his experience and passion into building a staffing agency dedicated to supporting both practices and professionals. His vision is to create meaningful connections—helping dental practices find the right talent to thrive, while giving dental professionals access to fulfilling career opportunities.

Mark earned his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University and his master’s from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is also a licensed CPA. Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling and playing soccer.
